What are Standard HW/SW Request Forms?

The ALVAO Standard HW/SW Request Forms module supports the request process for pre-approved hardware and software, and can be used on the ALVAO Service Desk and Asset Management. Users apply for HW/SW using forms, which simplifies and speeds up the process of purchasing new equipment. 

IT can manage access to hardware and software based on the user’s job position and the rights they have for obtaining certain hardware or software.
